Maintenance & Repair: Your expertise will be key in conducting regular inspections, diagnostic tests, and repairs on tank trailers, flatbeds, suspensions, brakes, and air systems. You’ll work with major assemblies and components to keep our equipment running at peak performance—because being Badass means getting things done right.
Handle Diverse Equipment: From tank trailers to flatbeds, you'll have your hands on a wide range of equipment. Master the operation of tools and machinery with precision, ensuring every piece of equipment is roadworthy and ready to roll.
Experience: A background in diesel and/or heavy-duty equipment mechanics is essential. We prefer an associate degree in diesel technology or completion of an applicable apprenticeship, but experience will speak for itself.
Skills: Strong expertise in tank trailers, air systems, Civacon controls, and brakes. Your problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication skills should be top-notch, allowing you to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions.
Certifications: ASE (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) certification and CDL are highly preferred. A valid driver’s license is required to join the team.
Additional Assets: Experience with aluminum welding is a plus and will set you apart as a true Badass mechanic.
