GRAPHIC ARTIST INTERN

Location: On Campus & Remote

**NOTE: Intern Applicant must be currently enrolled in school AND live on-campus or within very close proximity to the school campus to qualify for this internship opportunity.

BIG NIL Inc provides officially licensed print-on-demand apparel and merchandise products for student-athlete and school brands under the NIL. Through NIL policies, student-athletes may monetize their personal brand and endorsements while participating in sports.

BIG NIL INC. is seeking experienced, personable, and well-organized Graphic Artist Interns to join our team. This position provides the flexibility to work on your school campus and work with Big NIL Inc remotely.

This position requires great communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to problem solve and impeccable attention to detail. Previous experience in Graphic Design lead roles is highly recommended, as well as a strong understanding of college/high school sports, fan apparel, your local/school community, and the clients (student-athletes) we serve within your school athletic program.

NIL GRAPHIC ARTIST INTERN

A capable Graphic Design Intern should understand the principles of design. In addition, they should be able to apply this knowledge to creating aesthetically pleasing and functional pieces. Our Apparel Graphic Designers work closely with a design team lead. This will enable them to excel at their duties, which include the following:

  • Researching current fashion trends and determining what consumers will like
  • Collaborating with the design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data
  • Designing sketches for new products with a design team
  • Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns and textures for each design
  • Working with team members and student athletes to design clothes for upcoming seasons
  • Selecting fabrics and trims
  • Creating tech packs with detailed specifications
  • Developing CAD sketches to present to stakeholders
  • Overseeing the prototype sample process
  • Help create and edit short-form product videos
  • Develop new strategies for increasing engagement
  • Assist with photo/video content shoots
  • Ensure brand message is consistent
  • Other duties as assigned
