Pay: $16-19 dollars an hour depending on certifications and experience
Start Date: Mid-May with positions available through the summer season
Seasonal: This position is available from Late May to the Beginning of October, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year
Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

To provide a safe riding environment for our guests. We also provide emergency care for those riders, and/or other guests at our facility who are injured, lost or in need of assistance. We will monitor and report all conditions of trails, ski lifts, and shuttle coverage of the area.
Ensures a safe biking experience by providing emergency care, assistance, and information to guests. Maintains quality care for serious injuries and keeps current OEC certification. Uses training to provide life-saving first aid and coordinates advanced medical support.
Enforces rider safety, requiring proper protection through direct communication. Inspects trails, marks hazards, and reports necessary work to the Bike Park crew. Completes daily sweeps of trails, checking for injured guests and arranging transport during inclement weather.
Manages patrol dispatch, dispatching resources, recording incidents, and assisting with transportation. Maintains professional riding standards, improves skills, and rides at or above intermediate levels. Assists lift attendants and addresses guest service issues.
Performs lift evacuations using NSPS techniques and contributes to team efforts. Coordinates transportation for injured guests.
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to ride bicycles adequately to perform duties in a proficient manner
Patroller must also have (Outdoor Emergency Care certification) and hold a current CPR card. The employee must complete ATV training.
