Pay: $16.50 per hour
Start Date: Mid-May with positions available through the summer season
Seasonal: This position is available from Late May to the Beginning of October, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year
Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Recruit, train, and certify lifeguards to Ellis & Associates ILTP standards, track certifications, and document training.
Develop and conduct training seminars, provide learning resources, and offer feedback to build leadership skills in supervisors and staff.
Manage staff schedules, assist with performance evaluations, and order supplies as needed.
Handle guest and staff issues professionally, resolve problems quickly, and ensure excellent service recovery.
Forecast budgets, approve time, and manage cash at Shavers Lake retail store.
Support Shavers Lake expansion, ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained, and oversee the overall look of the area.
Promote business through community engagement and marketing, monitor guest activity, and use established recovery guidelines.
Adhere to maintenance schedules, security policies, and perform operational tasks such as laundry and guest hospitality.
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of experience supervising aquatic facilities and activities
Lifeguard Certification
Ellis Instructors Certification
First Aid/CPR/AED
