Responsible for administrative work in the Department.

We are currently looking for a:

Story Land - HR / International Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

    This position is responsible for assisting HR with general HR duties and coordinating the International Student program

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Human Resources:

    • Coordinate and Schedule van drivers for van routes along with daily follow-up
    • Mail – picking up mail & packages related to HR, International students and workampers and ensure they are properly delivered.
    • Assist with various tasks within HR (i.e. filing, timesheets signed and filed.
    • Assist the wardrobe department.
      • Distributing uniforms
      • Folding & hanging uniforms
      • Assist with laundry
    • Process employee tickets and record recipients
    • Assist with the Make your Mark program.

    International Students:

    • Schedule drivers to pick up students or be able to pick up students at the North Conway bus stop (Eastern Slope Inn).
    • Collect housing deposits upon arrival of students
    • Assist in creating “welcome” bags to give out to each student.
    • Responsible in showing students accomodations
      • Rooms
      • Laundry (demonstrate how to properly use washing machines and dryers)
    • Review “house rules” (room inspections) and hold students accountable.
    • Schedule appointments for Social Security office.
    • Coordinate student trips to area attractions, stores, and banks. Create a calendar of events.

    Workampers:

    • Assist workampers to their site.
    • Review rules and regulations
    • Hand out “welcome” bags.
    • Make sure workampers have signed rent agreements.
    • Coordinate events.
