Retail Marketing Specialist

As the Retail Marketing Specialist, you will be a key link between the global retail team and the retail teams in the markets, ensuring that our brand’s in-store presence is impactful, consistent, and aligned with our strategic goals. Your focus will be on bringing global new product introduction (NPI) plans to life across stores in the region, while elevating the in-store brand experience in an inspiring and consistent way. You will also collaborate with Category Marketing Leads and the Design team to ensure that campaigns and activations have a tangible impact in stores, guiding how we surprise and inspire customers when they encounter our products.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of retail marketing, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for delivering a cohesive and engaging brand experience across the region. As part of the EMEA Marketing Team, you will work closely with the global retail team, market-level retail specialists, and other regional stakeholders to bring our brand to life in stores.

NPI Execution

  • Bring global new product introduction (NPI) plans to life in stores across the region, ensuring timely and impactful execution.
  • Collaborate with market-level retail specialists to support the successful launch of new products in stores.

Campaign & Activation Support

  • Work with Category Marketing Leads and the Design team to ensure (retail) campaigns and in-store activations are executed with impact and consistency.
  • Provide insights and creative guidance on how to surprise and inspire customers with in-store product displays and experiences.

Asset Coordination

  • Support the creation and localization of marketing assets for regional retail campaigns, ensuring all assets align with brand standards and store layouts.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Store Design Specialist to integrate campaign assets within store environments in a way that enhances the customer journey.

Brand Presence in Stores

  • Help elevate the brand experience in stores by ensuring that all retail initiatives are aligned with global guidelines and resonate with the local customer base.
  • Implement creative solutions that enhance product visibility and drive engagement in-store.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the bridge between the global retail team and market-level retail specialists, ensuring smooth communication and execution of retail marketing strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the global team on regional market needs and the effectiveness of retail activations.

What You’ll Need to Win:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail marketing or brand activation.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver impactful in-store experiences.
  • Passion for retail and creating compelling brand experiences in stores.
  • Experience with Adobe suit software or similar graphic software.
  • Fluency in English; additional European language(s) is a plus.
