As the Front Office & Guest Service Manager, your number one responsibility is guest service. As an essential element to successfully marketing to our current and potential guests this position will provide exceptional communication to our guests through phone, email and review platforms.

We are currently looking for a:

Receptionist

Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Responding to guest emails promptly and professionally
    • Guest resolution skills or willingness to learn conflict resolution
    • Answering questions accurately on the phone/direct calls to correct department when needed
    • Work hand in hand with the Marketing Department to ensure the highest level of customer service through guest communication verbally and written including but not limited to learning all active and past ticketing offers, website auditing and profile management.
    • Take any required reservations and properly communicate with applicable departments
    • Willingness to learn park ticketing system to better assist guests
    • Sort mail/take larger packages to the post office
    • Keep the front office tidy and adhere to front office cleaning protocols
    • General filing needs
    • Assist varying departments with a wide array of projects

    Expansion of role to include additional responsibilities where suitable

      • Age 16 or older
      • Organizational skills are imperative
      • High attention to detail
      • Well-articulated verbally and in writing
      • Working knowledge of basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
      • Able to communicate and receive direction/instructions in English
      • Reliable and timely for all scheduled shifts

      Willingness to learn and grow in role
