Are you passionate about driving energy efficiency and sustainability? At RHA, we're expanding, and we're on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead our SoCalGas Comprehensive Multifamily Incentive (CoMFI) Program. If you're driven by the idea of making a tangible impact on energy conservation and have the leadership skills to guide a team towards success, this role is for you.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the CoMFI Team: Oversee the execution of energy efficiency surveys, driving participation in SoCalGas’s utility-sponsored programs.
  • Strategic Program Management: Develop and manage processes, marketing campaigns, and operations to meet program goals, including contract compliance and customer engagement.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice on energy-efficient technologies and practices, helping customers take full advantage of program incentives.
  • Client and Stakeholder Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is integrated into program improvements.
  • Quality Control: Supervise and coordinate quality control activities, including inspections and customer surveys, ensuring high standards of program delivery.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Local Travel: Travel locally (up to 30%-50% of the time) to engage with customers and oversee program implementation (mileage reimbursement provided).

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of program management experience, ideally in the energy efficiency sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Dynamics, Word, Outlook, Excel) and experience with database management and CRM systems.
  • Proven success in managing customer service or sales teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience interacting with business owners and key stakeholders.
  • Competency in data analytics and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with energy audits, savings calculations, or gas equipment assessments in various market sectors.

Pay Range:
  • $70,000 to $85,000 annually DOE
