We are currently hiring for a Personal Lines Insurance Processor to join our growing team in Altamonte Springs, FL!

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Active Florida 4-40 (Customer Representative License)
  • Ideal candidate with 1+ years experience servicing Personal Lines Insurance
  • Applied Epic experience is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prompt response times
  • Knowledge of insurance products and their application to business
  • Professional phone/office etiquette
  • Maintains a cordial and professional relationship and has a strong service focus

Responsibilities for the Personal Lines Insurance Processor:

  • Answering sales calls
  • Completing intake forms
  • Conducting data entry and processing payments
  • Retrieve underwriting reports for account managers to service their policies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Send correspondence to clients regarding upcoming renewal information and important information regarding their policy status
  • Engage with clients and prospects over the phone to obtain information pertaining to various quote requests
  • Work alongside writing agents to help produce quotes
