Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Waco, Texas
Starting Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead our social media and digital marketing efforts. This role requires creativity, a strong drive, and the ability to work independently and on tight deadlines. You’ll be managing our social media accounts, creating compelling ad campaigns to drive revenue, and executing a variety of marketing activities with a focus on engaging our community and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and develop content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, with a focus on building a vibrant and engaged online community.
  • Advertising: Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns that drive revenue and brand awareness. Experience in social media ads and digital ad platforms required.
  • Content Creation: Capture and edit high-quality videos and photos that align with our brand. Both short-form and long-form video editing skills are essential.
  • Email Marketing & Lead Nurture: Design, schedule, and send out email campaigns for customer retention, lead nurture, and engagement.
  • Content Planning: Manage the social media content calendar, planning posts ahead to align with campaigns and events.
  • Event Coverage: Be available for a flexible schedule to capture photos and videos at gym events.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Self-starter who can manage tasks with minimal supervision, completing work on tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  • Collaboration: Work well with team members and communicate effectively via email and text, while reporting directly to the Marketing Director and owners.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital advertising
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and creating email campaigns
  • Strong video and photography skills, including editing and producing high-quality, brand-aligned content
  • Experience with both long-form and short-form video editing
  • Owns and is proficient with a personal camera
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated, with a strong ability to think independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong desire to grow with Basin and ideally stay in Waco, TX, for 2+ years
