Summary:
Join our Manufacturing Engineering team to collaborate with design engineers, product managers, test labs, and suppliers. You’ll manage projects and support senior engineers, gaining valuable experience in our engineering development process.

6. Travel internationally to suppliers in Asia and design centers in the USA and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project/Component Development:
• Manage manufacturing development from sourcing to production approval.
• Track sample schedules, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate testing feedback with design engineers.
• Provide engineering support to suppliers to meet timelines for samples, pilot runs, and production.
• Review and modify drawings/models to ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Work with suppliers and assemblers to verify parts meet engineering specifications and approve production schedules.
• Ensure inspection fixtures and tools are ready before pilot runs.
• Document meetings and development stages, sharing updates with relevant teams.
• Oversee prototype assembly to confirm functionality and document production processes.
2. Manufacturing Development and Process Improvement:
• Review supplier processes to ensure high-quality production.
• Implement best practices to improve throughput and consistency.
• Design fixtures and gauges as needed using Creo.
• Research advanced technologies and propose ROI-backed improvements.
• Resolve technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
3. Team and Continuous Improvement:
• Enhance engineering processes and address manufacturing issues.
• Investigate field returns and propose product improvements.
• Troubleshoot and ensure prototype functionality and strength.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proficiency in Creo (Pro Engineer).
• Experience in project management and electronics/motor systems preferred.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
