Why Work with Us?

Oversees the Vehicle Maintenance Department, ensuring proper mechanical and maintenance work on vehicles and equipment, while training and guiding staff to ensure efficiency and safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations and manufacturer requirements.

• Oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment safety, including troubleshooting and staff training.

• Ensures staff follow maintenance codes, maintains clean and safe work areas, and keeps equipment operational.

• Coordinates inventory, part needs, and provides input on maintenance schedules and logs.

• Monitors job performance, guides staff, and ensures project completion.

• Responsibilities may evolve with the resort and position.

Driving:

• Have a valid Driver’s license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
