Summary:
The position of KEY Camp Nurse (RN) provides care for the well-being of campers and staff, monitors health and cleanliness standards, administers medication and treatment to campers and staff, and complies with necessary documentation. The Nurse works with KEY Camp staff to ensure a high-quality, positive, and safe experience for campers.
Responsibilities:
The KEY Camp Nurse is responsible for administering medication and attending to camper and staff health needs. Whether in the office or not, the camp nurse is expected to respond to campers’ and staff needs in person or over the phone. The full-time (or day shift nurse) is required to remain on campus the majority of the day and is on-call during the day shift. The full-time (or night shift) nurse is required to stay overnight in the Residence Hall and is on-call during the night shift.
Full time: (24/7 - day and night)
Part time/Day shift: 9am to 4pm
Part Time/Night shift: 4pm to 9am
