Nat Hab is pleased to offer a variety of part-time and full-time internship opportunities across different departments, including finance, information technology, guest services, and more. Interns will have the chance to work closely with our team and contribute to the success of the organization while developing valuable skills and gaining hands-on experience.
INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues on department specific projects to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization.
· Receive guidance, training, and mentoring from professional personnel.
· Contribute to the department and company by taking an active role as a member of the team and engaging in conversation about productivity and efficiency.
· Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS
· Previous studies and/or experience in your desired field of interest.
· Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
· Basic understanding of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams).
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
· Ability to think critically, identify challenges, and come up with solutions.
· A professional demeanor, punctuality, and commitment to upholding workplace norms.
· A willingness to take direction, accept helpful feedback, and continually improve.
COMPENSATION
This internship pays $15-$25 per hour, depending on position and experience. (Per Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, employers must include compensation ranges in job postings).
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
The internship will primarily take place in-office at our Louisville, CO location, with potential hybrid work opportunities depending on the role and department.
WORKING HOURS
Our company hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM MT and certain members of the guest facing teams working Saturdays from 8 AM to 3 PM MT.
