Job Responsibilities:

Assists with the administration of the rental management program consisting of 1000+ units valued at 22 million in gross revenues by preparing, issuing, receiving and interpreting all aspects of the Property Management.

  • Promotes hospitality and courtesy to all homeowners and guests
  • Promotes the Snowshoe rental management program by recruiting new units in the program
  • Determines eligibility of units accepted into rental program assists contracting
  • Assists owners with rental management program troubleshoots and resolves problems or complaints
  • Assist owners with upgrades program.
  • Ordering, processing payments, arranging delivery, etc.
  • Places units on work order per owner, maintenance or property management’s request with a follow-up to ensure timely return to the rental pool
  • Arranges reservations through owner portal, phone and email requests arrange key release authorization for condo access
  • Maintains homeowner files pertinent to the successful operation of rental program recovers monetary amounts for damages that may occur in rental units
  • Assists owners with housekeeping/maintenance billing questions
  • Performs annual unit inspection and provides same to owner
  • Assists homeowners, maintenance and housekeeping services
  • Provides internal and external clients of company policy and procedures, discounts and activities Provides office support by answering the phone, owners or guests that may come in with questions etc.
  • Perform QA inspection of units prior to owner arrival
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge to assist with real estate agent inquiries maintains company's reputation and stability executes department marketing plans
  • Provide historical revenue analysis to owners maintains confidentiality and protects company maintains safe and clean working environment contributes to team effort
  • Maintains rapport with other departments and may be asked to help out in other departments upon occasion as needed.

Driving:

  • Have a valid Driver’s license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program

    Preferred Experience:

    • Must have computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows 10, typing skills and knowledge of the existing reservations and accounting systems and multi-tasking.4

    • 8 to 12 months related experience

    Education:

    • High School or equivalent
