The Assistant Coordinator reports directly to the Operations
Coordinator/Coordinators and assists with operation responsibilities of an assigned location in either food/beverage or retail/games while filling a position (sales
associate/server/cook) within the location.

Assistant coordinators must fulfill all team member roles & responsibilities, plus:
- Assist the Coordinator in overseeing a food & beverage or retail location.
- Assist in training/coaching team members.
- Assist with daily operations of the location from open to close.
- Assist in maintaining daily/weekly documentation.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness/organization of the locations.
- Assist with processing new merchandise and keeping locations stocked.
- Assist in maintaining food safety systems to ensure compliance with NH State Health Department.
- Assist in encouraging a guest-focused atmosphere.
Requirements
- 15 years of age or older.
- Punctual, reliable.
- Flexible schedule.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to be productive during slow periods.
- Able to follow direction and communicate relevant information.
- Able to positively engage with guests to promote sales.
- Able to maintain hygiene and personal appearance consistent with policies outlined in the Team Member Handbook.
- Able to follow daily tasks as outlined in the food & beverage/retail standard operation procedures.
- Able to lift light loads (25 lbs.,) to stand for prolonged periods of time (5+ hours,) bend/squat, reach and climb/descend stairs.
- Assist with trucks and deliveries when needed
- Desire to have fun while creating a memorable experience.
