EXECUTIVE CHEF FOR LODGE A WORLD CLASS SKI RESORT (Year Round Position)

THE OPPORTUNITY
- If you love to ski and cook, this is a rare opportunity to live and work at one of the worldβs top ski resorts
- Located in WYOMING, this lodge is within a major ski resort and caters to very high profile, wealthy travelers
- This position reports to the Culinary Director for the Resort
- You will be fully responsible for the kitchen team at the Lodge (up to 50 staff in winter) including J1 visa staff from overseas.
- Busy banqueting (especially in winter)
- Focus on R&D, menu development, order lists, and staffing guides in the off-peak seasons
- Ensure high-quality food and service in various outlets (self-service, upscale and grab n go)
- Start date is flexible, sooner is better than later, but they can wait up until April if need be.
