Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • All Head of departments onboard
  • Company Fleet Positions

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibilities of the Hotel Operation including all aspects as hotel services, food & beverage, finance, shore excursion & administration
  • Develop Cruise Product for the German & French Market
  • First charter partner contact- Ensure charter standards
  • Achieving the company KPI`s set during the yearly budgets
  • Guest satisfaction indicators
  • Implementing and supervising company standard operating procedures
  • Responsible for Cruise Industry Compliance
  • Overseeing financial reporting
  • Achieving Guest Revenues
  • Adherence Monthly & Annual cost
  • Implementation and follow-up on company cultures/ values
  • Project Supervision & Implementation
  • Supporting training and development programs and objectives
  • Support of HR planning
  • Part of the Emergency Response Team
  • Coordinates activities required to meet Hotel Quality Standards as per SOPs
  • Assists in creating SOP´s to ensure processes are followed and quality assurance standards are being met.
  • Final decision on all Hotel Operation related areas

Habilitações

Education and Experience:

  • 10 years experiences as Hotel Director on board of a Cruise vessel
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Hotel Management School education
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel expert)
  • Expedition & World Cruise Experiences
  • Speaking German or French is an advantage

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Leading a multi-international team
  • Excellent leadership quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of quality management system.
