Schedule: May require working early mornings, weekends, and holidays

POSITION SUMMARY: Data Entry Clerk Food & Beverage
Are you detail-oriented and organized? Join our team and become a key part of the behind the scenes operations behind our 18 unique restaurants! Your primary responsibility will be entering invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all data is processed correctly. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. If you're looking for a role that allows you to dive into the backend of a dynamic food and beverage operation, this is the job for you!
Accurately enters all invoices in the inventory system
Assists warehouse manager by verifying/editing requisitions and completing to transfers
Prioritizes tasks/projects and assignments with limited direction
Filing, photocopying, laminating, and printing
Enters data weekly into the Daily/Weekly/Monthly spreadsheet
Reviews statements and obtains any missing invoices
Maintains a safe and clean work environment
Supports the resort by performing cross-functional duties as required
Have a valid Driverβs license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
Strong computer skills/previous administrative field skills
