We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Campaign Strategist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities. You should possess strong communication skills, with a proven track record in sales and a strategic mindset.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES






Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prospecting via phone to generate sales and revenue 
  • Utilize various sales techniques, including consultative selling, relationship selling, and solution selling, to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to effectively position our solutions.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of our services.
  • Close deals by obtaining client commitments and contracts
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing its values, mission, and offerings with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.








CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales roles at a corporate institution
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts, including percentages, commissions, distances, volumes, and delivery timeframes.
  • Skills in problem definition, attention to detail, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing valid conclusions and projections.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities are essential.
  • Willingness to adapt and be flexible in response to changing priorities.
  • Must possess strong technology skills.








CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT






  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
