Job Purpose: Responsible for the overall efficiency of operation functions on the teller line and in the new accounts department while also focusing on customer service excellence. This position is responsible for monitoring, following, and enforcing bank policies and procedures. Assist in hiring, supervising, and evaluating operations employees. Promotes business for the bank and is involved with community activities.
The Branch Operations Manager is responsible to know and back any position that they supervise. They are the primary or first point of contact in their branch for operation questions and issues. This position supervises staff in the Basin and Greybull branch locations.


Teller and Customer Service Duties
Leadership and Supervision Responsibilities


Sales Activities:
• Responsible for generating new business in the branch through outside sales calls.
• Monitor staff on cross-selling strategies and model expectations.
• Support the bank’s sales objectives by cross-selling basic products, or by referring customers to other bank employees responsible for closing the sale.

Ability to work independently
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products


Competitive salary starting at $50,000 + DOE. Previous banking and management experience is highly preferred.
