Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who shares our commitment to quality, engagement, and honoring each child’s unique strengths. This role emphasizes collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, a play-based approach to learning, and a neuroaffirming framework that values each child’s individuality. The ideal candidate will be skilled in teamwork, eager to embrace innovative practices, and contribute to the positive shift toward child-led, collaborative ABA approaches.
About LEEP Forward:

At LEEP, we prioritize collaboration over compliance, celebrating neurodiversity, fostering curiosity, and embracing continual learning.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team (including speech, occupational, and physical therapists, mental health professionals, and educators) to develop holistic, integrated treatment plans that prioritize each child’s individual strengths and needs.
- Conduct assessments to inform individualized plans that honor neurodiverse profiles and utilize NDBI and DIR/Floortime principles, emphasizing child development and engagement.
- Provide direct intervention to support social-emotional growth and positive behavior changes, leveraging play as a tool for learning and connection.
- Coach caregivers and team members, sharing strategies to promote each child’s well-being and developmental progress.
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing insights and collaboratively adjusting intervention plans to best serve the child’s needs.
- Collect and analyze data to make informed, child-centered decisions, while adapting interventions to remain responsive to each child’s progress and well-being.
- Stay current with best practices in neuroaffirming approaches, NDBI, and developmental interventions, applying the latest research to support innovative practices at LEEP Forward.
- Maintain clear, thorough documentation of all sessions, assessments, and progress to support communication with families and the team.
Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification with a commitment to neuroaffirming, person-centered practices.
- Knowledgeable in child development and NDBI approaches, with experience applying these in collaborative, play-based settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams and families.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach, with a focus on building trust and celebrating each child’s individuality.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a team that values collaboration over compliance and prioritizes developmental, strength-based interventions.
