We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an  Automation Engineer in Boston.

This job is in the United States and only candidates eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer will be considered.

Responsibilities:
  • Accountable to lead the implementation, enhancements and maintenance of site wide automation controls for building automation and environmental monitoring systems. 
  • Work with various stakeholders to develop systems design, specification and configuration
  • Update Drawings, such as Electrical Diagrams, Ethernet Architecture, P&ID, etc.
  • Conduct Failure Investigations and implement solutions (corrective and preventive actions) to solve automation-related issues.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Technology, Computer Science, or any other related discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in process industrial automation in pharma, biotechnology and/or any GMP environment.
  • Proficiency in EMS and BMS programming, Alarm Management (ISA 18.2), and Honeywell EBI
  • Experience in managing automation systems including Single-Use Bioreactors, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems, Ultrafiltration (UF), Chromatography, Clean Utilities, and handling automation systems for multi-product single-use manufacturing processes.
