Territory Account Manager- Puerto Rico
  

As the Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the organization’s existing stronghold in the region and commercialization of novel, new-to-market radiopharmaceutical solutions.
  
Our nationwide network of full-service nuclear pharmacies specializes in the manufacturing, compounding, and delivery of radiopharmaceuticals, which allows service to regional health systems, as well as standalone clinics and hospitals. The Territory Account Manager will be tasked with maintaining PharmaLogic’s proven track record of excellence across SPECT & PET product portfolios to all relevant customer types within the region – as well as driving increased business.
  
Responsibilities Include: 

  • Engage with current customers and prospects independently and with Pharmacy Managers as needed to build and retain business relationships, including C-suite executives, nuclear medicine physicians, pharmacists, radiologists, oncologists, urologists, neurologists, cardiologists, PET/SPECT imaging site staff, and other allied health professionals.
  • Utilize market research and demographics to identify sales prospects within territory and ensure that field activities maximize opportunities to develop contract relationships.
  • Work with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop a sales plan that meets or exceeds sales and financial goals.
  • Develop and successfully implement annual strategic sales plan which details sales activities to follow during the fiscal year. 
  • Resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination internal cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Execute quarterly business reviews with clients and senior management.
  • Identify and close new business; Renew current business in alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Develop and negotiate effective proposal/contract presentations and RFP (request for proposal) responses.
  • Ensure that territorial sales activity, contact profiles and documentation is accurate and current.
  • Maintain expenses within a defined budget.
  • Ensure activities comply with all laws, regulations and PharmaLogic compliance policies. 
  • Collaborate with teammates on best practices to achieve specific business plan objectives.
  • Document daily activity, sales, and update customer information into company CRM to maintain accurate records and maximize territory potential.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products and services.
  • Adapt and perform other duties as assigned through evolution of job responsibilities.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Nuclear Medicine Degree or Bachelor of Science preferred - MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 year of related experience in: medical sales, healthcare, technical, or Life Sciences field. Radiopharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Vast knowledge of the Healthcare Industry – business acumen with Sales, Marketing, and related reporting requirements.
  • Experience developing and executing effective sales plans for clients and prospects.
  • Knowledge and experience with Miller Heiman strategic selling practices.
  • Proficiency executing sales operating plans to meet company goals.
  • Efficient, organized, and motivated with effective time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently where needed.
  • Knowledge of the United States reimbursement landscape.
  • Strong sales negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Clinical expertise at developing and delivering highly effective sales and marketing presentations.
  • Willing and able to travel 75-90% of the time within territory, requiring some overnights (25-50%) depending on the territory needs.
  • Valid motor vehicle license with no restrictions.
