Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, strategy and business line hiring needs. This position will recruit professionals that are more senior in nature and support the Talent Acquisition Management team in areas of need. This position is critical in maturing a function that reflects the growth and modernization within specific business lines.

The budgeted salary range for this position is $62,510 - $65,010 on an annualized basis (this position would make this rate of pay for 8 months of the year). Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for Senior level positions
• Maximize and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience
• Own creative sourcing of candidates through a variety of channels including digital, networking, referrals, cold calling and social networks including the passive sourcing of talent
• Build, sustain and manage relationships with Universities, third party staffing agencies and other entities
• Assist with training hiring managers on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) use and develop ways to hold them accountable to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Develop and influence relationships within all areas of the business, including managers and executives
• Create and reviews job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers and Human Resource Managers to ensure they comply with the latest standards and develop a recruiting strategy to fulfill each role
• Maintain regular communication cycles with Talent Acquisition Management and Human Resource Managers about upcoming open positions within each area and follow-up consistently to ensure a successful recruiting cycle
• Manages visa programs with business lines
• Assists with coordination of on and off-property job fairs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• College degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field required
• 2 - 4 years of talent acquisition experience in a professional environment preferred
• Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems required
• High Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
• Previous experience with Microsoft or Google applications (OneDrive, Google Drive) required
• Ability to ski/ ride at an intermediate level to travel various worksites

Additional Information

Supervision Given and Received

Given: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Received: Works under direct supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition. Receives guidance in terms of broad goals and overall objectives and is responsible for establishing strategical methods to attain them. Can formulate policies but does not necessarily have final authority for approval. Review of work is not detailed and emphasizes accomplishment of broad work objectives, rather than specific assignments.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements
• No adverse or hazardous conditions
• Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance
