Job Description

Step into the role of Retail Coordinator, where you'll be the orchestrator of seamless operations and the guardian of exceptional customer service. As the behind-the-scenes maestro, you'll ensure that our boutique runs like a well-tuned symphony.

  • Supervise and facilitate all retail-related projects at Solage as directed by the Director of Spa & Wellness
  • Acts as eyes and ears of the retail space and reports concerns to the Manager or Director.
  • Educate team members on retail offerings products and services
  • Ensure daily shipments are processed. Ensure stock is tagged with proper sku's.
  • Ensure daily shipments are securely processed in a timely fashion.
  • Assist in completing price changes within the boutique or individual department.
  • Provide the management team, Director of Spa & Wellness, and the retail consultant with feedback on guest response to our product line, thereby participating in the definition of our inventory mix, and preventing any out-of-stock occurrences.
  • Straighten the floor upon arrival, throughout the day and close of shift. Fill in merchandise on the
    selling floor and be aware of back stock. Maintain displays and visual presentation.
  • Participate in monthly cycle counts & year-end inventory or as needed

The starting pay rate for this position is $24.57 per hour plus commission. This is the pay rate for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

  • Previous experience in the realm of luxury retail
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with our guests
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
