Position Summary:
As a Retail Assistant at Rhythm Japan, you will be an essential part of our retail team, delivering exceptional customer service in ski and snowboard products. Your role will focus on assisting customers in selecting the best gear for their snow adventures while ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organized. You will also support daily retail operations, including processing sales, managing inventory, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment for all guests.

Moncler is a luxury brand founded in 1952 near Grenoble, France, known for its stylish down jackets and high-performance outerwear. Originally created for mountaineers, the brand combines functionality with elegance. The "Grenoble" collection reflects the Alpine heritage, blending technical expertise with modern design to cater to both outdoor and urban lifestyles. Moncler Niseko is one of only three stores in the world dedicated exclusively to the Grenoble collection.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Customer Service: Provide expert advice and personalized assistance to customers in selecting ski and snowboard gear, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Sales Operations: Process sales transactions accurately, meet sales targets, and support merchandising efforts, including product displays and promotions.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries, and inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and availability.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with company standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve store goals, provide feedback on products, and support in-store events and promotions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in increasing sales, customer development, employee growth, and relationship building.
  • Experience in retail, especially in ski/snowboard, outdoor gear, or luxury service industries is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to educate and assist customers.
  • Fluency in English with basic conversational Japanese. Chinese language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills
