Position Summary:
As a Retail and Admin Supervisor at Rhythm Japan, you will play a key role in both the retail team and administrative operations. You will provide luxury customer service in ski and snowboard products while supporting purchasing and product management tasks in the back office. This role involves assisting customers in selecting the best gear for their snow adventures, while also supporting the purchasing team with product data management, invoice handling, and maintaining supplier relationships.

Originally created for mountaineers, the brand combines functionality with elegance. The "Grenoble" collection reflects the Alpine heritage, blending technical expertise with modern design to cater to both outdoor and urban lifestyles. Moncler Niseko is one of only three stores in the world dedicated exclusively to the Grenoble collection.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Retail Duties:

- Assist customers in selecting snow-related products such as outerwear, gloves, goggles, skis, and snowboards.
- Answer customer questions and provide education about the product lineup.
- Organize stock and ensure display areas are tidy.
- Assist with processing product returns and refunds.
- Support store promotions, special displays, and events.
- Work with the team to follow store procedures, including opening and closing routines.
- Assist with other store-related tasks as needed.
Administrative Duties:
- Ensure accuracy of purchasing records by entering and managing product information.
Support the purchasing team with purchase orders, delivery schedules, and resolving product-related issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, responding to inquiries by phone and email.
- Assist with managing invoices and delivery slips, ensuring timely entry into accounting systems.
- Prepare for and attend meetings, assisting with report creation and minute-taking.
- Provide general office support, including answering calls and arranging travel for events and trade shows.
- Additionally, you will take on a leadership role within the brand. In collaboration with the retail team, you will strategically drive business operations, while managing, mentoring, and supporting team growth.
- Promote store sales and productivity by managing key KPIs (store sales, UPT, conversion rates, repeat purchase rates, productivity, inventory management, etc.).
- Develop and improve staff performance by conducting regular communication, including individual staff reviews and team meetings, ensuring team growth and career paths for future leaders.
Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven track record in increasing sales, customer development, employee growth, and relationship building.
- Experience in retail, especially in ski/snowboard, outdoor gear, or luxury service industries is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to educate and assist customers.
- Intermediate-level Excel skills
- Fluency in English with basic conversational Japanese. Chinese language skills are an advantage.
