The Sales team member will be responsible for location advertising, implementing on-site promotions, and building membership sales and fleet accounts for their location. 


 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Responsible for location sales with advertising and implementation of on-site promotions.

  • Provide on-site training for new car wash attendants regarding membership sales.

  • Solicit off-site for fleet accounts.

  • Promote club memberships by being at the pay stations and vacuum areas.

  • Assist customers with any issues.

  • Hand out promotional materials to customers

  • Engage customers for fleet accounts

  • Ensure that new members are activated on the DRB computer daily.

  • Participate in weekly/monthly meetings for advertising car washes.


 


OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:



  • Ability to track fleet accounts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently without direct daily supervision.

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems.

  • Ability to travel and work in a flexible work schedule.


 


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS



  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record


 


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


 


LANGUAGE SKILLS:


Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.


 


REASONING ABILITY:


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written,


oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in


standardized situations.
