We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Accounting Associate to support our team with key financial functions such as revenue reconciliation, data entry, expenditure processing, and customer service. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Bureau’s accounting unit, impacting daily financial processing for over 474 municipalities, 13 branch offices, and 16 Main Office sections.
About the Position:
As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for performing key financial tasks such as reconciling daily revenue, processing invoices, managing expenditure payments, and customer service. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of financial activities, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
(Entry level knowledges, skills, and/or abilities may be acquired through, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO the following coursework/training and/or experience.)
Training, education, or experience in office and administrative support work that demonstrates 1) competency in applying a solid knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices necessary to perform complex work in maintaining specialized accounting and financial records, and 2) the ability to use independent judgment in handling exceptions to established work assignments, priorities, and schedules.
